Functional teams will participate in a Team Dynamics Accelerator Workshop to create a common language and actionable toolkit for greater collaboration and performance. This engaging, interactive workshop provides individuals and teams with actionable strategies on how to more effectively work together and leverage cognitive diversity – which leads to increased self-awareness, engagement, performance, and an elevated team dynamic.
Participants leave with a Team Playbook filled with immediate tools to use with their team for increased communication, support, motivation, productivity, and collaboration.
Program pre-work: Pre-work consists of an online assessment, called PrinciplesUs

Deliverables: (3-hour webinar)
- Includes PrinciplesUs assessment, Individual and Team Reports, and customized strategies for all team members
- Participants leave with a Team Playbook and immediate tools to use with their team for increased communication, support, motivation, productivity, and collaboration
- A 30-minute background call in advance to understand the specific team dynamics and ensure the workshop achieves the goals for each particular team.
Investment: $8,500 up to 10 people / $550 per additional person
